Position: Agency Partnerships

Summary / Objective

The agency partnership candidate, through a clear understanding of Klickly, shall prospect, educate, and secure top level eCommerce agencies to support growth and achieve a targeted revenue goal. The role involves working with the Brands team, you will drive advertiser acquisition and revenue by building and managing strategic partnerships with small and mid-sized agencies throughout the U.S. This specific role will have worked in or have a strong understanding of agencies, the digital marketing ecosystem and a strong book of business.

Essential functions:

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Proactively source, negotiate, and secure partnerships with agencies and adjacent tech platforms in the US
  • Reach and / or exceed quarterly activation / sales goals
  • Accurately assess pipeline to forecast performance to partner leadership
  • Accurately report pipeline performance and projected growth to direct manager through proper documentation via Hubspot
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategy, support growth, and the ongoing development of promotional assets
  • Hold webinars, workshops, and trainings to onboard partners to new products and help them succeed
  • Serve as key point of contact for all integrated communications planning (e.g. marketing, PR, Social, etc.) related to execution of partnership agreements
  • Actively prospect new business to fulfill pipeline obligations
  • Constantly build knowledge and understanding of the performance and influencer marketing ecosystems and how Klickly plays a role
  • Maintain positive attitude, highlighted by persistence and curiosity
  • Share regular product feedback to the product and engineering team based off of client conversations and research

Desired experience and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
  • At least 2+ years recent years experience at a MarTech or AdTech selling to Agencies
  • Existing partnerships and/or ability to establish new partnerships within strategic agencies
  • Presentation Skills
  • Persistent, Curious, Positive, and Patient
  • Highly Organization
  • Experience with Hubspot a +
  • Experience running with excel and powerpoint
  • Experience with outbound communication tools a +
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in presentation using google slides, powerpoint, & Keynote
