The Video Content Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and creating visual storytelling across multiple platforms, using video to inform, educate and entertain consumers. Platforms include TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. The Video Content Specialist will play an integral role in helping shape, grow, and execute our social video content strategy, as well as providing support to the Marketing Team and Creative Agency on content creation, posting, and social listening.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead all stages of video production from concept through post-production and delivery as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar, including in-house corporate video needs and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop social media engagement tactics and execution of social media strategy to help grow social media followers and engagement, as well as referral traffic to our website.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Agency to keep an eye on what’s trending and make recommendations for specific editorial content based on observations.
  • Research, identify and pitch new avenues for social media and influencer marketing.
  • Assist in executing influencer marketing campaigns, as needed.
  • Assist in managing social media platforms, reporting, and analytics, in order to extrapolate and inform future tactics and strategies.
