Director of Product Operations
Overview
GRIN is seeking a Director of Product Operations with a proven background in building scalable processes and teams in a high-growth SaaS environment. This newly created opportunity will report directly to the VP of Product and oversee all product operations to drive operational excellence. This position will need a demonstrated ability to work horizontally and vertically across multiple teams to facilitate cross-functional collaborations between product, data, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
In this role, you will drive cross-functional initiatives for the development and execution of our product roadmap and ultimately, the delivery of high-quality features to our customers and their adoption. This will include both leadership over the product operations team and working strategically to identify new areas for collaboration or process improvement across the organization.
You will help maintain the GRIN culture while impacting the trajectory of an ambitious tech startup. We are a fast-paced, fun organization going through rapid growth and solving technical challenges at an exponential scale.

What You'll Do:
- Scale, manage and lead an engaged and impactful team of Operations, data, and training specialists.
- Lead the implementation and drive adoption of large scale process updates for the product team
- Establish business-outcome-based roadmap in collaboration with Sales, CS, Product Marketing, Engineering, etc...
- Help define, document, and ensure consistent execution of product manager onboarding/product management/product development process
- Recruit and hire a great product operations team
- Partner closely and own communication of product team processes to other departments like Marketing, Support, Sales, and Customer Success as needed
- Scale Product Knowledge across the organization
- Develop and maintain a continuing education program for product managers
What You'll Bring:
- 7+ years of product and/or operations experience
- 3+ years management experience

- Demonstrated success in company-wide alignment and change management
- Ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional product teams to adopt frameworks that prioritize value to customers/users
