The Role:

• Productize your team’s offerings and create templates on how to apply digital solutions to identifying insights, to address client problems
• Lead your team of experts to help consult, partner with, and teach teams and clients to integrate innovative digital and analytics-based insights into their programming and campaign work
• Identify, create and execute on products that will drive growth organically and with net new business opportunities and capture and share case studies and best practices ongoingly
• Ensure your team is not only complementary to practices, but also building unexpected and innovative ideas that practice staffers can ultimately learn and apply themselves
• Create ongoing POVs re: relevant trends and considerations to clients and key target outlets
• Partner with CSO to continuously review and optimize data and analytics resources to ensure teams have access to innovative tools and stay at the forefront of data-based insight development.
• Develop and execute training modules amongst staff across the US to build their expertise in the digital and data/analytics space

Ideal Candidate:

• Ability to seamlessly integrate into the existing client planning processes (annual planning, organic growth opportunities), and new business development, to ensure innovative insights and impactful digital solutions are central to the ideas
• Experience optimizing your team design as client needs continue to evolve – currently focused in the areas of influencer marketing, search/audience aggregation, community management/content, platforms/technology, and analytics/tools
• Desire to share your work! Make sure best practices are packaged and travel as this will increase exposure for creative thinking and enable effectively “search & reapply” efforts more seamlessly across the agency
• Ability to ensure work and relationships are founded on open and honest communications; listens and asks the right questions during day-to-day work; upholds creative, ethical, and legal standards
• Experience in the business development process and can gain the confidence of the prospect, thereby contributing positively to the agency’s financial objectives
• Always takes all feedback as a constructive learning opportunity and acts upon it; enables others to thrive as part of agency life and adapts to others’ styles to do so
