Responsibilities:
- Create strategic documents, timelines and execute on the same for multiple clients.
- Research and identify key influencers on TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, Youtube & Pinterest.
- Draft, negotiate and strategize influencer deliverables, agreements in order to meet campaign goals.
- Build and manage a roster of influencers, college athletes. This is inclusive of representing Social Currant in conversations with them, building a strong relationship and more.
- Serve as the primary contact for the majority of Social Currant influencers.
- Coordinate all content creation from the influencers while ensuring the content is relevant to both the brand as well as the influencer's content. This will include providing the influencer with guidance when needed, putting together messaging and trend briefs, and more.
- Connect campaigns to larger metrics through the use of metrics, analytics, and reports.
- Run ads on influencer content when relevant.
- Communicate via email, meetings, and more with both the brand and members of the Social Currant team.
- Assist the client in meeting their goals.
- Keep an eye towards growth for Social Currant.
- While the position is primarily focussed on influencer marketing, from time to time some workaround general account management, social media content and more may be included as needed by the agency.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or similar field at an agency/brand.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the following fields: Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Advertising. For the following platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Snapchat, Youtube & Pinterest.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using the following software/tools: TikTok Creator Marketplace, FB ads, Google Ads, Hubspot, Airtable, and other relevant tools.
- Track record of running influencer content and or social media campaigns.
- Ability to strategize influencer relationships, campaigns, and more.
- Experience presenting deliverables to clients.
- Minimal Sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience writing copy, captions, and research.
- Interest in nonprofits, social impact, and making the world a better place.
- Basic design knowledge, video editing skills, and google analytics skills.
