About The Role
Raycon is looking for a passionate and energetic Influencer Associate who’s excited about Raycon and Influencer Marketing. As an influencer-driven brand, we are expanding our brand presence with aligned and relevant influencers across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate has experience working with Influencers in the past and digital performance marketing, preferably with a direct-to-consumer brand. You are familiar with eCommerce and comfortable with retail operations processes, inventory management and accuracy.
This role will report directly to our Influencer Manager. This is a full-time position and includes a competitive base salary and benefits. The preferred location for this role is onsite in our New York office.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and manage on-brand and high-performance influencer efforts and coordinate communication across a broad and diverse influencer ecosystem
- Streamline operational processes related to our influencer marketing efforts, which will include organizing and shipping samples, corresponding, and following up with influencers
- Source, develop, and pitch new partnerships and assist in influencer sourcing
- Analyze and track influencer KPIs and campaign performance on daily, weekly and monthly cadence, optimize campaigns to reach our growth & ROI goals
- Identify and evaluate channel expansion opportunities to help us reach target customers, expand our reach, and stay on top of the latest trends
- Contribute to overall Influencer strategy and our roadmap
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 dedicated to influencer performance marketing and strong preference for experience in DTC eCommerce
- Working knowledge of the Influencer landscape across social media platforms
- Experience with negotiating terms and rates in prior work experiences
- Analytical, structured thinker who is comfortable with numbers and has Excel experience with a track record of leveraging insights to optimize campaigns
- Working knowledge of the influencer landscape across all social media platforms.
- Prior experience with influencer marketing platforms a plus, as well as negotiating terms
- A highly organized “doer” with an exceptional ability to prioritize, multitask, work autonomously, and communicate proactively
- Strong orientation towards process, efficiency and organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with the team at all levels in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to multi-task and execute amongst competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
- Analytical, structured thinker has Excel experience with a track record of leveraging insights to optimize campaigns; marketing KPIs a plus!
