We do this by building beautifully designed and convenient to use hardware and an intelligent and inclusive platform that brings the diverse and enriching culture of coffee.

Job Description
• End-to-end management and execution of paid content partnerships (e.g. advertorials and influencer campaigns) – from strategy, agency management, to partner selection, budgeting and reporting.
• Responsible for managing our social media channels to improve engagement and brand awareness
• Responsible for identifying and contacting influencers for brand campaigns and independently seeking their cooperation
• Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with the influencer, able to respond promptly to any questions by influencers, monitor event calendar and coordinate brand campaigns.
• Proofread and oversee influencer generated branded content to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Compile, analyze and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate with our business development and design teams for cross-team brand events
• Market analysis: - identify, and align with the marketing team, on any consumer and market knowledge gaps, review key data points regularly (customer feedbacks, sales reports, search trends, etc) to monitor market growth or competitor threats, and to inform go-to-market plans and tactics.
• We are a small and hungry team. We expect every team member to pitch in on any and all activities in order to achieve the outcomes we are after without consideration to specific role responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a communications heavy role. Prior experience e-commerce, Fashion & Lifestyle Industry is advantageous
• Well-versed in influencer marketing or brand campaigns
• Familiar with social media platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, quick to learn, flexible and innovative.
• Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, outstanding relationship-building skills.
