About this role
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to become a member of the branding team at Otrium as our new Global Brand Marketing Director. The successful individual (this might be you!), will be responsible for communication, coordinating IM and PR/advocacy, creating efficiencies and protecting brand equity as well as the creation of influencer marketing and PR strategies.
Your impact
You will achieve global success in the role by being at the driving seat of developing, deploying and governing all influencer marketing and PR strategies which supports our global brand business objectives and protects brand equity across all territories. You will also be creating efficiencies and coordinating across Public Relations, Communications, Influencer Marketing and Advocacy activities within Otrium and will enjoy the opportunity to work with like minded colleagues on our ever-expanding e-commerce platform and services.
As a leader in Marketing, you will have a strong focus on digital and social communications to drive brand awareness & visibility whilst ensuring the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled and supported within the sales organization as part of our exciting growth targets.
Your responsibilities
- Manage a small team to effectively build and promote a best-in-class marketing strategy that results in greater global brand awareness for Otrium
- Lead local influencer programming, identifying up and coming talent, and opportunities to extend storytelling through innovation activations
- Oversee the ongoing management by the team of tooling for IM/PR selection activities
- Define and implement success metrics for the team to track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
- Oversee the coordination of press days, interviews, personal appearances, and photoshoots
- Participate and attend cross-functional meetings working closely to ensure a 360-degree partnership across business objectives
- Foster & maintain strong relationships and partnerships with external vendors
- Define and embed an escalation & crisis process mandate
- Develop and implement the influencer marketing (IM) and public relations (PR) strategy to maximize global press coverage, digital visibility, and positive consumer and customer engagement.
