This Role

We’re excited to hire our first Growth Manager to help us scale in this next phase of growth. You will own the roadmap and execution of key growth initiatives and work across Marketing, Product & Engineering. This position will report to the Co-Founder. This role is remote and open to candidates in the United States.

The Opportunity

  • Own Haldi’s growth strategy and marketing roadmap, and collaborate across external media agencies and internal teams (Design, Engineering, and Product) to execute it
  • Drive Haldi’s growth experimentation process, from identifying opportunities to forming and validating data-driven hypotheses. Capture insights from growth experiments and communicate them to the broader team.
  • Conduct user research and uncover insights to inform positioning. Refine language and messaging for our brand and platform
  • Drive brand awareness and interest by creating, launching, and executing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end campaigns, including on content marketing, landing page optimization, paid performance marketing, influencer marketing, and SEM/SEO. Measure and optimize impact by tracking analytics.
  • Manage social media agency and additional external agency relations as needed

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 4+ years of experience owning marketing strategies. You can create a vision and strategy, establish goals and success metrics, develop a roadmap, and then bring it to life.
  • Self-starter. You have an ownership mindset. You can operate well in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment where change is commonplace. You are focused on making things happen.
  • Data-driven. You have a strong command of analytical tools like GA, FullStroy, Mixpanel, and use data to learn and drive your strategy.
  • Creative thinker. You pair your analytical skills with an eye for the creative. You have a pulse on trends in the broader landscape of content, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You are comfortable thinking outside of the box and coming up with unique ideas to grow our customer base.
  • Collaborative. You are a good listener, work well across teams, and are able to manage stakeholders.
  • Effective verbal and written communicator. You have strong oral and written communication skills. You can craft a compelling narrative both orally and written.
