About the Job
We’re looking for a driven and social-media savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to join Universal Yums! This role will join the Marketing Team, which is responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, grow customer lifetime value, and further establish our brand in the market. In this role, you will be responsible for our day-to-day influencer campaign management, building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant influencers, and reporting campaign results.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform outreach and negotiate contract terms for influencers on various social media platforms including nano, micro, mid-tier, and macro/Celebrity influencers.
- Partner with an external agency to identify brand-relevant influencers, initiate outreach, and build relationships.
- Own relationships with signed influencers to ensure all contractual obligations are met and all campaigns are successfully launched.
- Create and maintain an up-to-date directory of all influencer relationships.
- Review and approve influencer videos to ensure content alignment with brand standards, mission, and values.
- Prepare and present routine and ad hoc reporting on influencer campaign KPIs and results.
- Continuously perform research and learn from other successful brands with a strong social media presence.
- Stay up to date with latest social media trends, pop culture, and key influencers to make internal recommendations on strategic decisions.
- Work with the internal marketing team to improve the influencer sourcing and negotiation process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, STEM, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing, Sales or similar role
- 1+ years of experience in a role involving negotiation
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Additional qualifications which are helpful but not required are:
- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Experience in influencer management tools such as TikTok Creator Studio, Brand Collabs Manager, and GRIN
- Experience working in an agency, start-up, or similarly fast-paced environment
- Experience in Google Analytics
- Ability to identify creative and aesthetic trends on social media
Location
- Hybrid work arrangement reporting into HQ (Roseland, NJ) 3x per week
