Influencer Content Creator Lead, Cycle

We are currently seeking a Creative Lead to assist with creative influencer marketing campaigns and new business RFPs across multiple brand categories. This person will play a critical role in evolving our approach to influencer marketing creative & solutions on key accounts and client work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative response to RFPs across a diverse portfolio of clients and new business opportunities
- Translate strategic insights and consumer data to tangible and innovative creative ideas and campaigns
- Articulate ideas and overarching creative thinking through persuasive copy and storytelling, beautiful deck design and skillful presentation.
- Pitch and sell creative concepts internally and externally in client meetings
- Ensure influencers and internal teams follow through on client-approved creative concepts, assisting in creative development when needed
- Stay up to date on trends and platforms, bringing industry knowledge and suggestions to continuously improve process and interdepartmental communication between creative, execution, sales, media, and strategy teams.
- Manage time effectively while working on multiple projects against tight deadlines.
- Share your knowledge of all major social platforms including TikTok, Instagram,, Twitch, Twitter, YouTube and beyond.v
Requirements
- At least 4-6 years related experience in marketing/advertising industry or similar, ideally within the social/influencer marketing space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately for projects
- Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work
- Proficient in Keynote and Google Slides
