About This Role
Reporting to the Director, Global Social Influencer Marketing, Audible has a unique and exciting opportunity to participate in shaping the Audible brand globally, within the discipline of social platform strategy. This role will have an excellent command of opening, managing, growing and developing a brand TikTok presence. This role is responsible for managing and executing engaging global content on TikTok with the aim of community growth and engagement. This person will identify emerging trends and activate quickly to drive conversation, collaborating with influencers, global social teams, and other cross-functional teams to hit real-time opportunities and trends. This person must possess a fluency for internet culture and trends across multiple communities and be adept in managing and overseeing video content. This person must have a creative, out of the box mindset, while at the same time have an understanding and respect for brand reputation.
As a Global Social Manager, TikTok, you will...
- Be the global point of reference for Audible’s TikTok presence and channel management.
- Develop new and creative highly engaging content to establish and grow new audiences.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure content is aligned with brand aesthetics and tone.
- Speak and report on TikTok performance metrics in support of global social strategy.
- Plan editorial content weekly for TikTok and ensure global content coverage as needed.
- Create the dashboards and tools to produce quantified reporting and analytics.
- Develop TikTok strategy and guidelines for country submissions.
- Support influencer strategy on TikTok.
- Understand how organic and paid posts interact on TikTok and work cross-functionally on both.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated excellence in growing organic TikTok brand presence.
- Professional experience with video editing tools.
- Experience working with global, large, consumer-facing brands.
- Experience leading project workstreams with global marketplaces.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with cross functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong TikTok content creation skills, with an ability to tell stories in a unique, short-form and culturally interesting way.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with a strong intuition of what resonates while still being mindful of brand relevance and messaging.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment.
- Demonstrated creativity, with effective communication skills to bring problem-solving and ideas to a broad audience.
- Experience with quick-turn/rapid-response communications.
- Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations.
