Jointly is a remote-work business, meeting in-person occasionally as needed.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing coordination & campaign activation:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute digital and event sponsorships
  • Coordinate all marketing communications for B2B vertical including social media posts, emails, events, webinars, collateral, etc.
  • Support the Head of Marketing on a variety of initiatives
  • Support the social and content team, inclusive of influencer and campaign research, coordination, and outreach
  • Work with teammates within and outside the department for collaboration, direction, and approvals
  • Responsible for ensuring excellent communication and deliverables; defining KPIs, deadlines and scopes of work
  • Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
  • Additional responsibilities may be included

Reporting & analytics:

  • Write, coordinate, and build quarterly insights reports
  • Conduct regular monitoring of marketing campaign analytics, trends, and brand mentions, communicating insights and optimization opportunities to larger team, as well as create monthly executive reports
  • Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customers, marketing tools, and partnerships, while providing recommendations to marketing leadership

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a marketing coordinator or similar role with a focus in digital marketing, media, and project management
  • Marketing analytics and reporting experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments, as well as vendors, contractors, and freelancers
  • Strong experience in writing and publishing marketing materials including marketing emails, social posts, blog posts, and sales collateral
  • You must take pride in everything you deliver as a reflection of yourself and the brand
  • You must be detail-oriented, and a self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and constantly with teams in a remote environment via Slack and other collaboration tools
  • Willingness to grow new skills and work across the marketing discipline
  • Enjoys both creative and analytical projects

Even better if:

  • Digital agency experience
  • Cannabis industry experience
  • Experience with marketing software. Examples include: MailChimp, Google Analytics, Mix Panel, One Signal, PR Newswire, Canva, Brand24

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing.

Compensation / Benefits:

· Salary $45,000-$55,000
