Compensation: $45,000 to $55,000 Annually

ManageGo is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Brooklyn office. The Marketing Assistant will work directly with our Marketing Manager to assist in the execution of marketing and public relations campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing manager with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Assist in building a B2B influencer marketing program.
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as live demos, podcasts, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
  • Assist in digital marketing management across digital advertisement, brand partnerships, and traditional advertising.
  • Schedule and create content for different platforms such as social media, blog, and email marketing.
  • Assist in building public relations outreach.
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs.

Qualifications for Marketing Assistant:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, or related field a plus

This is NOT a remote job. The candidate must be comfortable commuting to the Brooklyn, NY office location.
