Boody is a dynamic, growing apparel brand with a successful wholesale and online/direct to consumer business. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the Head of Marketing with Social Media and Influencer Management, Wholesale Sales Support, and various other marketing initiatives. You will manage and create content for Boody’s Social Media pages, manage influencer partnerships, and help with all administrative tasks across department

The Coordinator role requires a candidate who is creative, organized and passionate about fashion and sustainable initiatives. Must have social media management experience.

Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Manage all of Boody’s Social Media accounts. Inclusive of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest as well as adapt to new, on-trend social channels
  • Content Calendar: curate monthly content that aligns with new product drops, influencer seeding, brand pillars, key holidays, promos and community engagement
  • Content Creation: manage freelance content creators and create original content (ie. product features, education ect)
  • Brand Partnerships: Outreach to like-minded brands to form social partnerships for giveaways and larger brand initiatives
  • Community management: respond to all comments/DMs and flag relevant customer content for reposting
  • Influencer Program
  • Manage current influencer relationships and vet new influencer based on brand alignment and engagement
  • Build-out paid influencer campaigns tied to marketing calendar a
  • Use Grin to manage and communicate with influencers
  • Actively organic gift for product seeding
  • Recaps: Create monthly recaps highlighting engagement and key initiatives

General Marketing

  • Packaging: assist in routing translations and copy approvals via International Boody partners and assist with proofreading
  • Marketing Calendar: Update internal marketing calendar and sync where appropriate with Australia and other territories (including affiliates)
  • Creative Assets: Assist with development and production of marketing and merchandising materials when needed
  • Budget: help maintain master marketing budget

Wholesale Support

  • Work in tandem with Sales support on wholesale marketings needs, including:
  • Tradeshows (organize marketing materials and booth set-up) and attend when needed for support and to create brand partnerships
  • Assist with Creative assets / tools for outside rep teams (mailings, updating scan sheets, catalogs etc)

PR

  • Ensure agency is in-the-know of all company initiatives and new products
  • Manage all product seeding requests and ensure agency is fully stocked on goods
  • Assist with supplemental brand events as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years in social media and influencer management within the apparel or CPG industry
  • Experience with content creation and video editing a plus
  • Proficient in the following: Microsoft Office (including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, Adobe, and Slack
  • Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional relationships (internal and external)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency
  • A positive, upbeat personality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Some travel required
