Senior Manager, Influencer and Affiliate Marketing

DIBS is looking for an experienced, creative and result-oriented team member to direct our affiliate and influencer relationships and strategies. We are founded by one of the leading beauty and fashion influencers, and influencers are critical to our customer acquisition and growth strategies. The role will manage our Community and Influencer Manager, and report to our Head of Digital and E-Commerce.
Responsibilities will include:
- Define influencer and affiliate strategy to activate new affiliates as well as optimize current affiliate marketing performance, delivering a continuous stream of placements
- Expand our influencer marketing initiatives into new channels/platforms (e.g. TikTok) and cross-functional partnerships with other teams in social + marketing
- Establish and drive KPIs and ROI targets and own Influencer + Affiliate Budget, as well as regular reporting schedule on outreach funnel and budget spend, tracked daily, weekly and monthly against aggressive growth goals
- Be the industry expert and stay up-to-date on trends and technology
- Build and manage affiliate marketing opportunities
- Promoting DIBS Beauty affiliate program within the digital community
- Audit affiliate performance and optimize channel performance
- Delivering against the traffic and sales targets for the affiliate channel
- Identify and onboard up-and-coming influencers and content creators, and help architect the brand’s ongoing and future influencer strategy.
- Grow, support and manage long term relationships with influencers and affiliates to keep partners engaged and motivated and drive recruitment (emphasis on personalized relationships and ongoing outreach).
- Responsible for sourcing, pitching and negotiating partnerships with talent and their representatives.
- Identify highest performing affiliate partners and trends
- Working closely with other marketing channels to understand the bigger picture
Who you are:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience driving growth and managing Influencers + Affiliates at a beauty, or related company
- Minimum 2+ years of management experience
- Full proficiency in working with common Affiliate Networks/ Platforms
- Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing and how to optimize to drive performance across various affiliate models
- Strong experience with link tracking, conversion pixels/tags, sales attribution, and Google Analytics
- Passion for and demonstrated experience building inspiring and impactful influencer partnerships/campaigns at scale
- Deep knowledge and experience building and executing campaigns across all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tik Tok, and influencer segments (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong data analysis + reporting competency
- Impact Radius experience is a plus
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Austin, Texas preferred but open to remote (US only).
