Integrated Marketing Manager
We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to join xx Artists’ rapidly growing team. As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to an existing brand client project. You will assist on and own daily influencer marketing strategies for a global brand. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Brand.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the Internet, YouTube content and has a deep knowledge of creators, digital talent and trends. You must be well-versed in social media, influencer marketing, and on the bleeding edge of platform product updates and trends. Strong copywriting and project management skills are required. Experience with corporate communications history is a plus. You must be detail-oriented, self-sufficient and creative. You must be passionate about delivering superior customer service, at all times.
This role functions M-F business hours, in addition to some select evenings and weekends. xx Artists company benefits currently include competitive health, dental, and vision package, 401K matching, and paid time off.
What We’re Looking For
Experienced/trained in integrated marketing
Passion for the development and management of communities online
Understanding of functions and use of social media platforms: YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok (and others) Deep knowledge of the Internet, YouTube content and online creators
Experience in the management of production process for all custom programs, from creation of content to program launch
Possess excellent writing skills to produce editorial output which reflects brand objectives and current cultural trends
Ability to summarize insights and unifying trends to create actionable recommendations for client campaigns and ongoing engagement tactics
History of developing and maintaining production schedules and assets
Professional, personable, and fun personality with a passion for building lasting relationships with clients
Proficient in Google tools including GMail and Google services (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
A team player who thrives in a fast paced, creative, and social environment
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage day-to-day communications with clients
Conceptualize and drive social marketing campaigns for clients based on campaign priorities and RFPs
Manage live/active influencer marketing campaigns and engagement opportunities documents in partnership with leadership and dedicated client partners
Maintain an understanding of the influencer marketing space including talent
Assist in communication and contract negotiating with talent, agents and management teams
Manage campaign content workflows (content and copy development, approvals, etc.) with internal team members (designer, editor, etc.) as well as with client partnersIdentify problematic and/or crisis content for escalation
Become an expert with digital talent, their communities, and optimal engagement opportunities
Become an expert of your clients’ brand, approaching all social media management as a true extension of your clients’ brand marketing teams and objectives
Utilize knowledge of the overall social landscape, trending topics, and leverage the latest social media best practices in order to provide ongoing thought leadership
Necessary Experience
Minimum 2-3 Integrated Marketing and/or Social Media Strategy work experience
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast paced environment
Production management experience and/or creative strategy experience
Proficient in Gmail and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Must have a valid passport
Preferred Experience
Secondary education
4-5 years branded content and brand marketing
Knowledge of and passion for online talent
Knowledge of and passion for current online content trends
Experience working independently as well as in team environments
