Responsibilities

1. Responsible for driving the product growth in the LATAM/Brazil markets.

2. Work closely with growth operations team to implement growth marketing tactics; Collaborate with community operations team to help drive high quality content supply.

3. Identify, develop and maintain client relationships for business partnerships , including but not limited to EDU companies, influencer marketing agencies, publishers, etc.

4. Conduct market research and analysis, continuously refine market strategy in response to industry development.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more business operations/2C marketing experience; Candidates with extended industry resources, social media management, and/or community building experience preferred.

2. EduTech industry experience is a plus.

3. Openminded and self driven, excellent communication skills, have a sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.

4. Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

5. Experience working in a fast paced, highly ambiguous environment.
