ABOUT THE BRAND

Algebra Media is a brand-to-creator agency that has executed thousands of 45-60 second integrations for over 100+ brands, and 1,000+ unique YouTube creators. We also manage a roster of prominent YouTubers.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re looking to onboard a talent manager who can handle communications with our exclusive talent.

Your job will be to ensure that all of their sponsorship needs are being met. You will communicate daily with both the internal team & each assigned creator to ensure that all of their inventory is filled.

To do so, you’ll stay on top of their promotion schedule, make sure that they’re being put in front of brand pitches for both first time tests and renewal deals, reach out to brands on their behalf and put together presentations for brand’s review.

In addition to our present creators, you’ll also be reaching out to new creators & signing them.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Communicate daily with both YouTube creators & teammates at Algebra

- Proactively reach out to brands that creators would be interested in promotion

- Proactively reach out to creators for signing with Algebra

- Manage promotion calendar for exclusive talent, ensuring that their promotion goals are being met

- Vet exclusive talent for campaigns as new RFPs are run by Algebra

The right candidate should:

- Previous experience as a Talent Manager is preferred

- Be Fluent in English

- Knowledgeable of the YouTube & influencer marketing space

- Be meticulous with attention to detail and overly communicative

- Strong record-keeping & organizational skills are a must

- Be a self-starter who can take constructive feedback and iterate accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3+ years experience in account, or channel, management
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Just as comfortable picking up a phone as drafting an email
