Influencer Coordinator

As our Influencer Coordinator, you will have the exciting opportunity to help build the Influencer Marketing channel from the ground up as we enter the US market. You will be a key storyteller for air up and develop strong relationships with the top influencers & creators in the US.

Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for influencer activations from start to finish including research, acquisition, negotiation, coordination, and reports.
  • You will manage innovative relationships with influencers and creators
  • You will plan influencer campaigns in coordination with our overall marketing and content strategy
  • You will partner closely with internal marketing teams, developing concepts for briefs to feedback, approvals, and execution.
  • You will have a good understanding of relevant KPIs and audit ongoing campaigns, creating an iterative process to improve performance month over month.

That's you

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or in a related field
  • You have 1-2 years of Influencer marketing experience for a brand or agency
  • You feel at home on the current social media channels and have a natural curiosity for the latest trends, topics, and events within the US for influencers and creators.
  • You are passionate about building relationships with a hands-on mentality
  • You have above average negotiation skills, and comfortable with an analytical approach.
  • You are someone who appreciates the art of storytelling.
  • You are flexible, collaborative, and highly organized
  • You have startup experience (a plus)
