Influencer Marketing Associate

This is a temporary opportunity 3-6 months, 40 hours/week.

What You'll Do:

Build pipeline with “new talent”

  • Spot growing/emerging talent across IG, YT, TT, Twitter, Snapchat & other new channels
  • Support updating pipeline with inbound leads, and other forms of data entry
  • Ensure all data is complete within the pipeline

Select Partnership Execution

  • Conduct outreach and negotiate select partnerships with influencers to drive growth
  • File contracts & briefs
  • Save raw content files to drive & screen-record live content
  • Update AirTable with analytics pre and post-campaign (impressions, reach, etc)
  • Execute influencer gifting

Competitor & Industry Research

  • Build weekly reports highlighting key trends & movements in the influencer industry
  • Make suggestions on who and what we should test regarding our Always On influencer strategy

Ad-Hoc Support

  • Support wider influencer team regarding campaign fulfillment and tracking
  • Creating guest lists and inviting influencers to events/retail store activations

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years working in influencer marketing, creating paid partnerships
  • Passion for all things culture and Gen-Z/Millenial, suggesting new and fresh ideas to help us grab the market
  • Passion for influencer marketing, constantly keeping up with trends, and innovations in the space
  • Prior experience working in a target driven environment, and a proven track record of measuring performance and hitting goals
  • Prior experience creating UTM’s, and promo codes to support influencer attribution
  • Prior experience working with influencer platforms, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify
  • Deep understanding of the influencer space, where it is now, and where it is going
  • Consistent updates of the influencer space, flagging innovations, and tests we should try and execute on them
  • Excellent communication skills internally and externally
  • Exceptional analytical skills:
  • Experience with Excel, Google Analytics, BI tools, and experience in filtering, structuring, and presenting data
  • Thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for problem-solving - top-down and bottom-up
