Marketing Coordinator
MARKETING COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the marketing team with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs such as go-to market activation plans, social support, competitive analysis and research
- Assist in the creation of key marketing materials including but not limited to brand decks, retailer presentations, sales collateral, fact sheets, merchandising and digital & social content
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing calendars, 360 activation timeline, master product descriptions, and order forms
- Coordinate and organize all sample requests and product mailings (influencer, gifting, sales kits, MUA partnerships, etc.)
- Manage New Item Setup including item number requests, ongoing management of product specs, and compiling online product page information and creative assets
- Liaise with third party vendors and creative team on the execution of all printed materials to ensure key deadlines are met
- Assist and work with agency partners on the execution of digital marketing campaigns across paid social, email/SMS, and SEO/SEM
- Create weekly competitive reports to share out key insights and content trends with Digital Marketing Team
Social Media/Community
- Assist with daily community management of all social channels, focusing on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube including responding to questions and engaging with RMS community
- Assist with content creator relationship building and sourcing social content needs (influencer & RMS artistry team)
- Identify top-performing UGC content across social platforms to be reposted on owned channel and leveraged for e-newsletter (looks2love)
- Help ideate creative mailers, events and other engagement tactics to generate organic influencer mentions
- Assist with management of micro influencer campaigns
- Monitor and track influencer mentions across social media channels
- Assist in campaign tracking, recapping influencer campaigns and KPI’s across social platforms for monthly business share outs
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required in marketing or related field
- Minimum of 1-2+ years’ experience in marketing and/or social media role
- Beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with an acute attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
