Influencer Marketing Manager

As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing campaign execution to support the growth and awareness of our brand partners and consumer brands. You will touch various aspects of marketing: strategy, creative briefs, analysis, and relationship and account management. You will develop and execute marketing initiatives, create/ oversee campaign timelines, create and manage budgets, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
If you’re the ideal candidate for the role, you have proven experience identifying key influencers for paid and earned opportunities, engaging them, and managing influencer marketing campaigns to create engaging, brand-worthy content. You know how to bring your forward thinking to the table, be a team player, and be goal and client KPI driven. Most importantly, you must have an existing network of creative, interesting and diverse influencers.
This position is based in New York and reports directly to the Director, Influencer Marketing.
Who What Wear is powered by a hybrid remote/ in-person workforce that spans the US and UK. Our interviewing and onboarding activities are conducted virtually, as will most of your work, but you should be open to working in person from time to time if necessary.
Key Duties
- Manage the execution of branded content campaigns involving influencers, including: talent sourcing, talent outreach, negotiations, briefing, asset collection, and post-campaign analysis.
- Assist in developing the influencer strategy in response to RFPs and proactive opportunities including pricing out talent, scope of work, usage and exclusivity to meet campaign KPIs.
- Serve as a liaison between talent and Who What Wear’s advertisers to ensure campaign objectives and deliverables are communicated to influencers & clients are updated appropriately.
- Execute talent contracts and negotiations and proactively source and discover new, diverse talent. Maintain relationships with talent managers on behalf of Who What Wear.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics during campaign to optimize performance and develop detailed campaign wrap reports.
- Work within CreatorIQ & Grin platformsto perform various tasks such as creating talent onesheets, pulling influencer’ audience data and creating wrap reports.
- Compile learnings and share best practices across teams to help achieve most effective campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, running paid campaigns from start to finish.
- Working knowledge of influencer landscape across all social media platforms with specific focus on Instagram and TikTok.
- Must have a strong network of personal relationships with influencers and their managers through paid and non-paid partnerships.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be an excellent creative problem solver and have strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external teams successfully.
- Experience working with CreatoIQ and Grin or other influencer marketing CRM platforms, and affiliate marketing experience is a plus
