Influencer Partnerships Lead
About the role
As the very first influencer partnerships hire, you’ll play a leading role in launching a new growth engine at Curated. As part of our mission to humanize online shopping, we believe our marketing should be supported with genuine messaging from trusted creators. You will be tasked with developing our influencer strategy from the ground up and building a network of partnerships that drive business results at scale.
A unique aspect of Curated, is our growing team of experts who help shoppers make the right purchases. You’ll discover crossover opportunities between influencers and experts to create unique campaigns and find more ways for the community to earn meaningful income.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a proven playbook to identify and partner with creators who can unlock new opportunities for the business.
Your responsibilities include
- Own the development of our influencer marketing strategy, from ideation to execution, with a clear vision for how to test and scale
- Identify, source, and build relationships with creators and influencers who align with Curated audiences
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive sales and meet performance benchmarks
- Develop efficient workflows to manage outreach, close deals, and build relationships with a diverse set of creators
- Define core KPIs and design a measurement system to understand influencer partnership impact
- Leverage creator partnerships to assist with go-to-market of new product categories
- Establish a path for influencers to become Curated experts to build a pipeline of long-term relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally across growth, data, creative, and expert teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience successfully managing partnerships with influencers
- Proficient using Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc) with an ability to utilize data to provide actionable insights
- Prior experience managing paid marketing (social, SEM) or affiliate partnerships strongly preferred
- Familiarity managing talent agreements and legal jargon

- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time
