Senior Coordinator, Influencer & Digital Marketing

This position will sit onsite at our New York City office. In compliance with current New York State and New York City mandates, any employee who works in the NYC office must provide proof of COVID vaccination.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and further develop the internal influencer affiliate program & third-party partnerships
- Conduct research to source, vet and analyze influencers for potential collaborations that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs
- Ensure influencers are kept in the know with upcoming promos, sales and launches & briefed fully on any exclusives or curated partnership
- Work with influencers & talent management to ensure contracts are all up to date and payments are executed & communicated in a timely manner.
- Target up-and-coming influencers and build authentic relationships to garner consistent content and product support
- Maintain up to date expertise on the ever-changing influencer industry
- Assist in developing influencer campaign strategy, understanding of product launches, planning and impact against different influencer tiers
- Supply ongoing communication surrounding influencer relations & day-to-day activity
- Support un-paid influencer partnerships through organic tactics including but not limited to mailers, local events, trips & brand partnerships
- Manage influencer lists based on different demos, genres & categories
- Own product gifting to align with marketing calendar goals
- Manage monthly and yearly influencer affiliate reports
- Support on daily reporting needs across the .com business
- Track and recap all social coverage daily
- Monitor industry, influencer news & competitive intelligence
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years influencer/ digital marketing experience preferred
- Experience with Impact + Activate is a plus
- Proven ability to analyze & manipulate data
- Strong existing relationships with top-tier influencers, and talent agents + managers.
- A passion for social media & the beauty industry and knowledge & interest of beauty content & creators on YouTube & social media
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Proven track record for achieving results and driving projects
- BA/BS required
