Global Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Manager to help align all global channels within BlockBar and with our supporting partners.
Qualifications for the role
- 4+ years experience in digital marketing
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns and managing agencies
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business (or proven experience)
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Incredible attention to detail
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of content management systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global digital marketing strategy for BlockBar, ensuring an integrated and consistent approach to reaching our audiences across a wide range of comms channels to drive engagement and revenue
- Lead and execute social and digital marketing efforts across offline/online, paid social, SEM, video/content, emerging platforms, to create an engaging customer journey and drive website traffic
- Manage and collaborate with BlockBar agency partner to align on digital programs and deliver the briefing, planning, execution, measurement and optimization to deliver best in class digital plans to grow the BlockBar community and drive website traffic at scale
- Create an always-on social media strategy to build the BlockBar community across Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Collaborate with BlockBar’s Community Manager who will execute for Twitter, Discord and Instagram, but take the lead on executing for Facebook and TikTok
- Build strong KPIs and measurement plans, optimizing media plans and deliver insightful measurement and evaluation during and post campaigns across comms channels
- Identify market and consumer trends to optimize channel plans, content, spend and performance based on the insights across BlockBar’s key markets including US, UK and Asia
- Lead the CRM strategy to deliver against growth, engagement and conversion objectives
- Determine the search strategy for BlockBar, ensuring optimum levels of spend and search strategies
- Set up, manage and create content for BlockBar’s new channels - TikTok, YouTube and Reddit.
- Responsible for responding to all customer messages across BlockBar channels excluding Twitter and Discord
- Responsible for creating all digital content briefs inc. Reels, managing the BlockBar internal creative team for static and video content
- Lead digital events strategy across BlockBar’s owned channels
- Support in identifying and managing BlockBar’s digital partnership and influencer programme
- Report into CMO and partner on budget planning and execution across paid social and SEM
