Fabletics is looking for a Associate, Brand Partnerships & Influencer Relations to join the team.

How Do You Fit In?

As the Associate, Brand Partnerships, you will work with the VP, Brand Partnerships to support the Celebrity and top-tier Influencer partnerships on behalf of Fabletics. You will help to ensure that all partnerships are executed smoothly and efficiently, managing all internal and external content approvals, partner social calendars, partnerships reports, payments and more. You’re organized, detail oriented and an excellent communicator with strong experience in the celebrity and/or influencer space. An ideal candidate would be passionate about health & wellness, the activewear industry, celebrity and influencer marketing, and social media trends.

This position will report to the Director, PR & Brand Partnerships.

This role will be based in Los Angeles.

What You Will Do

  • INDUSTRY MONITORING
    • Monitor trends in the industry pertaining to all-things influencer and celebrity partnerships to inform the innovation and creativity of our partnerships efforts.
    • CELEBRITY COLLABORATIONS SUPPORT
      • Manage all content approvals between talent and internal creative / marketing teams.
      • Organize all talent social calendars and manage communication with talent regarding all social posts, product orders, and creative briefing.
      • Coordinate all SAG payments in accordance with all SAG requirements.
      • Complete Sales Reports and partnership reports for all collaborations.
      • Maintain a hyper-organized system to keep track of all partnership needs, deliverables, due dates, and deadlines.
      • Manage timelines with design team throughout the entire process from initial brainstorms through production.
      • Coordinate all meetings with cross functional teams and talent.
      • GIFTING PROGRAM
        • Execute multi-tiered gifting program on an ongoing basis, including one-off gifting, campaign launch gifting, and special gifting opportunities throughout the year.
        • Oversee relationships with gifting vendors and manage content approvals for any designs as needed.
        • BRAND PARTNERSIHPS SUPPORT
          • Work in collaboration with colleagues on the Brand Partnerships team to identify brand partners, conduct outreach, ideate on partnership ideas, create proposals for internal review, and ultimately execute on approved partnership opportunities.
          • INFLUENCER PROGRAM SUPPORT
            • As needed, manage influencer relationships and support overall program needs including product ordering, gifting, etc.
            What You Will Bring
            • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in communications, business, marketing, or public relations preferred.
            • 2-3+ years related functional or technical experience in influencer management across fashion/beauty/wellness sector with a balance of creative, strategic and executional strengths.
            • Comfortable leading the process of creative ideation and execution the detail of campaigns across social, digital and PR platforms.
            • Your core competence will be in understanding the ever-shifting online and social media and pop culture landscape – and knowing where best to place Fabletics activities within it.
            • Responsible for individual goals and accountable for people or project team’s results.
            • Capable project management skills to identify and execute success criteria to achieve key initiatives.
            • Excellent Communication Skills.
            • Strong skills with Microsoft office tools.
