As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team to own the full spectrum of People/HR functions, including (but not limited to!):

WHAT THE JOB IS:

  • Helping the Creative Director position and grow the brand on all social platforms
  • Managing the brand’s social presence and posting calendar
  • Pitching social ideas and executions around product releases
  • brand messaging and influencer activations
  • Designing and managing the design of all social materials
  • Writing, editing, and posting all social content across all platforms
  • Creating social reports and presenting findings to the business
  • Research current and competitive social activities
  • Help the business create a stable of influencers and execute influencer strategy.

YOU:

  • You are a great communicator, pitcher and collaborator
  • Have a bachelor in English, Marketing, Graphic Design and/or Comms.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in a creative Social Media role and/or are a social influencer yourself and have a proven record of engaging content created for at least 3 brands;
  • Have 3-5 years experience as a Social Media designer / Social Art Director (organic and promos), including photography, graphic design, video editing, and animation;
  • You are hot on social platform history, updates, newcomers, trends, audiences, influencers, etc;
  • Interest in the Metaverse is a plus!
  • Have a discerning eye for cultural moments on each platform: what lasts and what doesn’t, where does a trend come from, and what kind of user takes part in it
  • Understand the mentalities of Gen X, Y, Z (Alpha is a plus), their mindset, frustrations, content needs;
  • You are highly conceptual and visual, but understand SEO and social algorithms;
  • You are an excellent social writer, proofreader, and editor
  • You have an eye for both the big picture and details.
