We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join cutting-edge digital marketing practice responsible for most of our customer acquisition.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for social & content strategy, content calendars, copywriting, influencer management, paid media boosting, analytics, social listening, and reporting as a vital contributor of our growing Social Media efforts. Join as a key member of a small and dedicated Social Media team and contribute to double-digit acquisition growth at an S&P 500 company open to new ideas.

Reporting into the Director of Social Media, you can work at our Los Angeles CA (Glendale), or Dallas TX office three days a week and work remote two days.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop innovative, results-driven social media campaigns, utilizing all appropriate social platforms.
  • Ideate and develop quarterly and monthly content calendars, inclusive of holidays, campaigns, and evergreen initiatives.
  • Consistently evaluate owned platforms and the social media landscape; identifying new trends and opportunities
  • Write copy that reflects the brand voice and resonates with each platforms audience authentically.
  • Assist in community management and moderation.
  • Lead execution of content series across social media platforms (including influencer campaigns, partner outreach, co-branded content, and user-generate content).
  • Execute paid social campaigns end-to-end inclusive of planning, optimization and reporting.
  • Analyze & report on organic and paid performance across all efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a social media marketing role
  • Must have knowledge of all major social media platforms and their application to marketing communications - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, You Tube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
  • Experience executing social media campaigns from strategy to completion.
