Overview:
Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids, is looking for a project-based employee to contribute to our growing ambassador program, Nick Family Insiders. This role reports into the Manager, Influencer Marketing and works closely with both the social media and consumer marketing teams. Key responsibilities include ideating exclusive kits and experiences for our parent brand ambassadors, project managing production timelines, maintaining our ambassador database, and compiling campaign recaps.
The ideal candidate has a passion for influencer marketing, a love for Nickelodeon, and is INCREDIBLY detail-oriented. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with beloved IP, help develop marketing campaigns for Nickelodeon’s most iconic brands, and research, explore and discuss the most exciting trends in influencer marketing every day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of priority ambassador activation kits, including brainstorming concepts, writing briefs, interfacing with agency and creative partners, managing project timelines, and sourcing stakeholder feedback
- Communicate with influencers and agents as needed to assist with campaign management
- Work closely with consumer marketing to understand business priorities; generate creative thought-starters and tactics for support
- Maintain a monthly newsletter and private Nick Family Insiders Facebook Group to spark conversation, call-out member highlights, and provide necessary support
- Monitor live campaigns across social media; pull content into internal tracking tools as necessary
- Update key internal documents, such as campaign one-sheets and program overviews
- Use internal software and traditional research methods to identify potential new members for the ambassador program
- Compile key stats for program and campaign analysis and reporting
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years professional experience in marketing, events, project management, or social media
- Strong knowledge of the social media landscape and current trends
- Prior experience working with digital talent and/or influencers
- Experience crafting visually-appealing PowerPoint presentations
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, especially in a remote environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Additional Qualifications:
- Previous experience marketing to parents
- Knowledge of basic photoshop preferred
