Travis (www.travistravis.co) is looking for a Socials/Influencer Manager! Remote (ideally based in US West Coast), 3 days/week. To start April 2022.

Join us on our mission to help travelers have more fun, less fuss in making trips happen. Think Pinterest and Google Maps had a baby - a visual trip planner where you can collaborate with your friends in real time.

Who is this role for?

You will be a creative + strategic thinker, and natural people person. Brownie points if you’ve hands on experience growing socials for early stage startups. You know your way around IG and TikTok, are confident with video content creation, take a data-driven approach to your work, and have proven results from influencer marketing.

What will you be responsible for?

Grow Travis Instagram and TikTok (new) to increase awareness, engagement and signups, via a combination of organic content creation, working with creators, and influencer campaigns.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Video (Reel type) content creation - Ability to execute based on a brief or create a brief, communicate and execute
  • Eye for visual curation and graphic design - Please share examples. Experience with Canva helpful.
  • Copywriting + humor - Ability to write in a language and tone that is relatable to 20-30s audience, up to date with social media trends, memes, pop culture, etc.
  • Influencer campaign + management - Define a campaign brief and scope aligned to business outcomes, nurture influencer relations and identify those who are a fit, oversee campaign roll out end to end.
  • Remote team work - Proactive + timely communication for transparency
  • Flexibility and adaptability - Ability to work with changes and ambiguity to achieve outcomes
  • Self-managed - Ability to manage multiple priorities at once with a steady focus on the outcome
  • Personal connection with the problem and belief in the vision - Ability to empathise with travellers from first hand experience
