Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable, client facing digital marketing account executive to join our agency and demonstrate strong ownership of their clients. The ideal candidate will keep their focus on client success and manage the workload autonomously. This individual will act as a link between the client and our eCommerce marketing agency. You will be the key contact of your assigned clients.

Your number one goal will be to make sure clients stay happy by making sure the promised digital work (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Influencer Marketing, etc.) is delivered on time and at the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will be always prepared, a good listener with a customer orientated approach, and never afraid to lead calls/client projects. The candidate should have high emotional intelligence and excellent public speaking skills. The candidate should also be outgoing and with strong relationship-building skills. Responsibilities

  • Communicate closely with clients, responding to emails promptly and speaking to clients over calls
  • Communicate requests of clients to the appropriate internal teams/departments
  • Learn about the clients business and discuss strategies with the appropriate internal team to make sure we continue to improve client performance and offer new alternatives to push revenues up
  • Liaise with clients to discuss upcoming campaigns, new arrivals, promotions, and any other relevant information that can help us support their growth
  • Following client standards, collaborate with colleagues to design creative unique campaigns or other projects that fit their needs.
  • Problem solve as needed, anticipating any unexpected bump on the road, and making sure the client remains happy
  • Keep records of clients and other related administrative or clerical work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Advertising
  • 3+ years of agency experience in an account manager/executive role
  • Advanced knowledge of eCommerce and D2C Marketing (Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo)
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eager to be the best at what you do & competitive
  • Ability to create great internal and client relationships
  • Digital project management skills is a big plus
