About This Opportunity

The Sr. Manager, Customer Growth Marketing will be responsible for managing a team of marketers who work with customers and sales teams to develop consumer campaigns that drive consumer demand and adoption the Invisalign Treatment. The senior manager, customer growth marketer will work closely with the consumer and professional marketing team, clinical education and commercial teams to deliver integrated programs that address the needs of the Invisalign Provider, practice staff, patient and consumer. He or she will also have the responsibility of leading the development of marketing educational content, best-practices and marketing assets utilized by orthodontists and general practice dentists nationwide. He or she will play an instrumental, game-shaping role in influencing how practices market themselves by leveraging the full equity of the Invisalign brand.

In this role, you will…

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and design consumer strategies to drive demand in the local area
  • Design paid search and SEO strategies to assist with driving growth and adoption of best practices
  • Understand local market trends and practice needs
  • Work cross-functionally to develop programs and initiatives to support:
    • In-practice patient conversion
    • Optimal patient experience
    • Develop Practice marketing collateral & resources
    • Ensure effective implementation in local markets
  • Collaborate with professional marketing teams to understand customer insights, business challenges and co-create content designed to fuel customer growth
  • Develop best practices across digital marketing disciplines such as social media, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, email, influencer marketing, analytics and website management designed to educate doctors and practices on how to drive growth through marketing
  • Build and execute presentations and manage communications with customers

In this role, you’ll need …

  • A proven track-record with 7+ years of Consumer Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, MBA preferred
  • Healthcare and/or practice marketing experience preferred
  • Hands on experience with social media platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Twitter and/or YouTube preferred
  • SEO/Google Adwords experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills for business analysis
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels in an organization
  • Strong Communication skills (writing, oral, & presentation)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Show initiative, take action & maintain ownership of projects
  • Focus on customers’ needs and market drivers
  • Drive for results
