Associate Creative Strategist, Influencer Marketing
Small Girls PR is growing and we are looking for an Associate Creative Strategist to join our influencer marketing team working with exciting brands such across beauty, fashion and consumer tech.
There is no one-size-fits-all for an SGPR client as we work across consumer tech, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and social impact organizations. We've handled mergers for GE, launched brands that challenge the norm like Billie, created a closet calculator to see how recycled clothing impacts the environment with thredUP, and catapulted Olay's Super Bowl ad to the cover of AdWeek.
Note: Small Girls PR is currently in the office on a hybrid basis, working two days a week in the office.
How you'll make an impact:
- Support the digital team on accounts and projects in the day-to-day execution and organization of paid and earned influencer partnerships.
- In partnership with junior staff, oversee all administrative tasks relating to the client (e.g. activity reports, client agendas, etc.)
- Follow through and execute on day-to-day needs for influencer and brand partner strategy across paid and earned influencer programming by conducting research and influencer audits, identifying influencers & developing list builds, managing dashboards, conducting outreach to influencers, negotiating influencer rates and deliverables, tracking and reporting on placements, social listening to identify opportunities, and liaising with clients
- Participating in client calls and communication including influencer recommendations, campaign updates and client approvals
- Establish and manage relationships with influencers, agents and vendors
- Exercise sound judgment in determining how and where to spend OOP to ensure deliverables & client's determined KPIs are met to spec, within budget, and under deadline - while rendering the most share-worthy campaigns and programs possible
- Bring new, creative concepts to the agency's and client's brainstorms as well as raise your hand for a strategic idea or relationship intro on behalf of other accounts

- Content & Trend Obsessed - you scroll TikTok for hours in your spare time, you have a list of dream influencers you'd love to work with someday, you're the first to send your friends the latest viral meme or moment, you consume and are inspired by content & creators
