Job Description
Blizzard Entertainment seeks an Influencer Relationships Manager to coordinate outreach with the Diablo franchise's online personalities and content creators. As a member of our Community team, they will provide a valuable point of contact at Blizzard for a wide variety of creators, including YouTubers, streamers, fan sites, cosplayers, podcasters, and more. They will also lead the Diablo Community Program to help support Diablo creators globally. The Influencer Relationships Manager should be friendly and relatable and able to speak with influencers on a level playing field while remaining focused and driven toward finding and creating mutually-beneficial opportunities and programs for Blizzard and creators.
The ideal candidate has an intrinsic knowledge and understanding of current and ongoing trends within the content creator space, including the mobile gaming market. This candidate will have a solid familiarity with major content platforms such as Twitch, Facebook, and YouTube and strong communication skills that allow them to work closely and effectively with some of our most dedicated and influential players. The ability to operate quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment is a must, and the ability to advocate for content creators' needs to stakeholders at various levels of familiarity with the influencer market.
The Influencer Relationships Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and supporting influencer marketing strategies for all Diablo titles, working closely and collaboratively with the rest of the community team on initiatives and programs. They will also be a crucial part of executing publishing and public relations plans while working extensively with the game development teams. This role will also report on insights and performance of programs within the space.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Diablo Community Partner Program from start to end on franchise titles including mobile.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all content creator-related items for internal and external partners.
- Work closely with internal teams across Community, PR, Publishing, Digital Marketing and more on different global programs and campaigns for all things Diablo.
- Partnering with external agencies to help bring groundbreaking new opportunities to influencers and creators in the Diablo space.
- Help build and grow a strong and diverse group of creators across numerous disciplines for the franchise.
- Maintain constant visibility and understanding of new and ongoing trends within the influencer and content creator environment.
- Participate in discussions around overall brand positioning, strategic planning, communications pillars, content strategy, and marketing opportunities.
- Work closely with influencers and content creators surrounding major announcements and opportunities to ensure information and materials are distributed or key beats.
- Provide detailed and thorough reports on performance of programs and campaigns for key stakeholders within the organization.
- Ability to travel domestically and at times, internationally, for events and meetings.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience working professionally in the influencer/content creator field
- Able to quickly and effectively communicate with others, both internal and external to Blizzard
- Experience working with developers and presenting complex concepts in an easily understood, player-friendly manner
- Able to confidently communicate about Blizzard products with the public
- Extensive knowledge of video games and the influencer/content creator space
- Detail-oriented and driven to organize and re-prioritize tasks and decisions under regularly shifting requirements and deadlines
- Strong team player, able to balance and blend the needs of various departments and stakeholders, both internal and external, into effective strategies
- Able to work with other teams and disciplines to complement and support each other's plans and objectives
- Experience or understanding of social listening tools
- Good presentation skills
- A passion for gaming on PC, Console, Mobile
- Very organized with excellent time-management skills
- Crisis-management experience
Pluses
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent work
- Experience in managing other Influencer Marketing professionals and agencies
