Compensation: $78,000 to $90,000 Annually
Dimond Connect is hiring for new full-suite creative agency specializing in both emerging and heritage jewelry brands. We are part of a veteran company with 30+ years of industry experience developing thoughtful wholesale partnerships, and recently, SaaS, D2C brands, and digital innovations.
The Social Media & Creative Marketing Manager role is great for anyone looking for experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will be managing social media for 3+ brands at a time, as well as supporting the marketing team on various channel needs.
Design experience is needed!
Role:
- Oversee and manage planning, content calendars, reporting, creative design, community management, and optimizations across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) for 2-3 brands at a time.
- Gain a deep understanding of each client’s brand to create elevated and effective social media strategies, content, and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Source content for social media platforms to develop a strong social personality and presence incorporating GIFs, native video, illustration, animation, graphic design, and photography.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies, execute partnerships, and report on results.
- Extract and articulate meaningful key insights to inform strategies and campaign concept development.
- Stay on top of relevant social / digital trends and platforms to share with the team and with clients.
- Execute and manage email marketing campaigns and automated flow emails. This might not be needed to start if it's purely a social role.
- Work cross-functionally with VP of Marketing, Creative Director, Art Directors, and Graphic Designers to get the content you need.
- Opportunity to support photo shoots and create content as needed.
- Opportunity to grow the Social department.
- Assist the Marketing Lead with miscellaneous projects as needed.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years agency or brand experience
- 1+ years digital marketing, social media, website, and content management experience
- Obsessed with social media and digital marketing, with a desire to always know what’s new and next
- Knowledge of IG Reels from conception to execution
- Interest in the jewelry and/or D2C space preferred
- Strong creative eye and ability to confidently pitch your ideas, receive feedback and stay ~flexible~
- Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable taking the lead (or asking good questions!)
- Experience with Project Management programs (we use ClickUp)
- Strong eye for design & attention to detail
- U.S. citizen or authorized to live and work in the U.S.
Nice to have:
- Graphics and video experience a huge plus!
