The Marketing Manager will help lead marketing campaigns that drive growth for The Disney Bundle, a key strategic priority for The Walt Disney Company. Successful candidates will be able to strategize, develop, and project manage 360 marketing campaigns that touch marketing materials across on-channel and off-channel platforms. This role will play a key part of the broader The Disney Bundle team and will be required to successfully navigate multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure holistic alignment across marketing channels as they work to grow The Disney Bundle.
Responsibilities :
- Act as campaign lead for a variety of The Disney Bundle marketing campaigns, owning them throughout their lifecycle from strategy to concept to creative execution
- Partner closely with teams across The Walt Disney Company including marketing strategy, awareness media, performance media, and synergy in the creation & development of key marketing campaigns
- Manage campaign brainstorms with internal partners and external agencies while also owning executive buy-in of campaign strategy and tactics
- Own campaign calendar & GTM deck - communicating updates to broader leadership and tactical asset needs to The Disney Bundle marketing associate & coordinator on a regular basis
- Assist in communication of campaign needs for key campaign insights from groups such as product marketing, research, and analytics, providing robust reasoning & analysis of campaign strategy & performance throughout campaign lifecycle.
- Manage expansion of experiential and multicultural marketing activities for The Disney Bundle - working to push forward new ideas while identifying opportunities to expand our multicultural activities; always working to elevate the voices of our diverse customers, content, and talent
- Partner with paid media strategy & testing to understand the full scope of testing opportunities within each campaign and prioritize against broader testing roadmap
- Own campaign performance insights repository - helping to establish data based learnings & actionable insights from each campaign that can be shared within the broader The Disney Bundle team.
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience
- Comfort with Excel and experience with digital reporting tools
- Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized project management skills
- Extremely effective communicator, presenter, influencer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in multicultural & awareness marketing is a plus
- Understanding of the OTT universe and subscription ecosystem is a plus
Required Education :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
