Position Summary

Univision Creator Network, a division of Univision, is seeking an Associate Campaign Manager to assist with management and execution of campaigns with influencers. This position requires close attention to detail, project management and liaising with digital talent. The ideal person to fill this position can multitask and understands best practices for influencer campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Track deliverables and marketing assets for influencer activations
  • Work closely with sales team to assure all deliverables meet all requirements and are on schedule
  • Manage tracking of all sold campaigns from contract development, fee negotiation, through creation, through post and payment
  • Work closely with UCN team members to manage all related campaign communication with influencers
  • Manage projection of campaign budget and work within the approved amount
  • Responsible for updating campaign workflows for continuous improvement
  • Manage expenses, coordinate team meetings, develop presentation decks and oversee other special projects as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience managing multi-platform digital campaigns preferably with influencers
  • Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat
  • MS Office proficient
  • Must have excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Must be versatile and able to adapt to constantly changing marketplace and environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal and analytical skills
  • Excellent relationship management skills

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in Spanish (read and write)
  • Graphic Design software knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be willing to work from office in New York, NY
  • Employment/education will be verified
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
