Influencer Marketing Coordinator
Frankies Bikinis, LLC is a fast-growing women’s swimwear, apparel and beauty brand based in Venice, California. We are currently looking to for a candidate to join our Marketing Department as the Influencer Marketing Coordinator.
An ideal candidate will be a digitally savvy, team player who knows and loves the influencer and social media world. As a member of our high performing and fun team, you will execute our influencer marketing strategies, gifting, and creative campaigns.
The primary responsibilities are as follows:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Create gifting lists for all collection launches and campaigns
- Create invite lists for all necessary events
- Manage curated gift packages for campaigns and launches
- Identify and build long-term relationships with prominent influencers in the fashion space while aligning with brand identity and creative vision
- Attend relevant events for networking with influencers
- Develop content ideas for influencers when applicable
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience
- Brainstorm new and creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Stay on top of trends, new influencers, and technologies
- Manage influencer outreach and ongoing conversations
o Monitor emails/DMs to answer any questions from influencers
o Stay on top of reminders to ensure influencers meet campaign post deadlines
o Follow-up emails/DMs thanking the influencer for their participation
- Manage weekly and monthly influencer marketing reports
- Manage monthly gifting budgets and proper use of said budget
- Manage gifting orders for both international and domestic influencers
o Serve as point person on gifting tools and platforms
- Influencer content management and organization
o Share with necessary teams where applicable for marketing use while simultaneously overseeing said content’s usage rights
- Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media preferred
- In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized and great time management skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Amazing interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Networking skills
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on new projects outside of the day-to-day scope
