Position Title: Analyst Advertising & Brand (JetBlue Travel Products)
Position Summary
The Analyst, Advertising and Brand plays an integral role in the strategic development of the JetBlue Vacations’ brand. This role will be responsible for overseeing advertising initiatives managed in-house as well as collaborating with agency partners to optimize marketing investments. This position will play a key role in managing the day to day workstream with agency and business partners to ensure advertising campaigns are aligned with larger business objectives. The Analyst will contribute to the development of the messaging, audience and brand strategy and identify ways to grow brand awareness.
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, launch and growth of JetBlue Vacations Organic Social Profiles
- Oversee the day to day management of internally-run paid media campaigns including Paid Social and Paid Search
- Compile weekly reporting across all paid media channels and paid initiatives to identify opportunities to optimize spend
- Assist in translating JTP Goals into creative and media briefs to guide advertising agency in the development of campaigns
- Contribute to Brand Strategy Development and ensure audience and messaging strategy aligned with overarching brand goals
- Oversee Qualtrics Research through quarterly Brand Measurement campaigns and identify opportunities to advance measurement through Qualtrics or other partners.
- Partner with Commercial Colleagues on Paid Support for Co-Op & Partner Campaigns
- Collaborate with Lead to manage marketing tech stack and find opportunities to advance campaign measurement and customer insights
- Work with Commercial Colleagues on Experiential and Activation Campaigns
- Oversee day to day management of Affiliate and Influencer programs
- Responsible for strategy and execution of Airport and Aircraft creative executions
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Three (3) years of marketing/brand/advertising experience.
- Experience working in Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
- Media buying experience and experience working in Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Prior budget management or P&L responsibility experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad understanding of all media such as social media, print, online, video, audio, and the ability to create compelling and effective communications in all.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across a wide range of departments and teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Available for occasional overnight travel (10%).
- Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience And Qualifications
- MBA.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Experience managing an agency as a client.
