Welcome to Treble Health, a 100% remote company, where we provide world-class telehealth and have fun while doing it.

Treble Health started in 2020 as an educational YouTube channel, which now has almost 30k subscribers. Today, we are a health-tech company providing audiology services and medical devices for individuals with hearing loss and tinnitus. We have a small, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking team. Our in-house team consists of seven audiologists, three customer service staff, two video editors, one graphic designer, and one social media manager. We strive to be the leading audiology telehealth company in the world. Let’s explain your role.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager will drive the media strategy and execution for the Treble Health brand. In this role, you will be asked to manage and execute multiple campaigns aimed to drive awareness and sales. You will be responsible for driving the brand’s content strategy with a focus on the editorial calendar and serving as the brand editor. You will be working closely with our co-founder and graphic design teams, as you will be responsible for managing our media campaigns. Our secret weapon is our YouTube channel. Can you help us get to 100k subscribers?

Top candidates will have a basic understanding of KPI driven content and content marketing on channels like Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as well as knowledge of how to secure brand deals with social media influencers.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with our co-founder to execute our marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with an in-house creative team to develop assets and copy.
  • Build and own the marketing content calendar.
  • Develop hypotheses and perform A/B (or multivariate) testing to recommend optimizations.
  • Help assess leads and secure brand deals for influencer marketing.
  • Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
  • Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
  • Help us grow our YouTube channel to 100k subscribers by creative ideas, technical A/B testing, media collaborations, and connecting with our community’s interests.
  • Be customer-focused and anticipate what they want to know and how to best deliver the message.
  • Manage website SEO with the help of outside consultants.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • The successful candidate may have multiple years of experience in a similar role. No experience as a Marketing Manager required to apply.
  • Excitement around working in a 100% remote digital health startup.
  • Great communication skills; effective at interacting with all roles and levels across the organization. Demonstrates exceptional writing skills.
  • A self-starter, able to complete projects with minimal direction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven, multiple time-zone environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Be a fast learner. This role requires learning different systems in a short period of time and being able to execute on media campaigns.

THE BENEFITS

  • Full-time role at 40 hours per week.
  • Three weeks paid-time off (PTO), medical benefits, and sick days included.
  • Pay range $48,000-$50,000 based on experience.
