Position Summary

Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the digital activation strategy from lead to retention for both our retail and product brands. By understanding the brand strategy, and analyzing the competitive market, customer segmentation, and engagement analytics, they will develop a strategy to optimize marketing mix while maximize reach and conversion rates.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and monitor consumer behavior, market trends and competitor brand positioning.
  • Drive the strategy and design of lead flow, pipeline generation, and marketing automation that will maximize the impact of your campaign
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, customer reviews, marketing database, display advertising campaigns (PPC, programmatic display, retargeting social, etc)
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence, including social influencer marketing
  • Design and build Email and SMS marketing flows to increase conversion and drive retention and loyalty.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create landing pages, develop and upload content, and optimize user experience across owned and affiliate channels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other digital vendor partners
  • Work in close partnership with Digital/IT team on a technical stack sourcing, design and implementation
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Establish and monitor digital marketing budgets
  • Be agile within federal restrictions on advertising.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
  • Budget management skills.
