People come to Pinterest to find ideas for things to do and to buy. That gives us an opportunity to build a new kind of advertising platform - one where ads feel uniquely personalized and relevant. We’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketing leader to help us deliver.

As the Head of Regional Product Marketing, you’ll lead and grow a team of regional product marketing managers that are responsible for transforming our Pinner, Creator, and Advertising products into regionally-relevant solutions across a diverse set of markets. You will help to grow international product adoption and revenue by surfacing insights based on the biggest gaps and opportunities via voice of customer and stakeholder feedback and regular marketplace analysis. You’ll own setting the international go-to-market strategy for priority product launches and adjust the approach based on regional and local needs. You’ll also collaborate with a range of cross functional partners, including our global product, sales, and marketing teams to help grow Pinterest’s business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and experience in the consumer and advertising technology ecosystem and experience creating customer focused go-to-market strategies that scale globally. Excellent analytical and communication skills and comfort with ambiguity are also must.

What You'll Do

  • Educate and inspire internal teams and external partners on Pinterest’s full range of consumer and advertising solutions
  • Be a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Head of Product Marketing and cross-functional leaders in product, marketing, and sales
  • Identify trends, surface insights, and scale best practices to refine and maximize the impact of our go-to-market strategies
  • Serve as an advocate and represent the voice of customers globally; uncover and drive new international opportunities and use these to influence the product roadmap
  • Develop an outbound marketing strategy, narrative, and materials to ensure Pinterest’s product suite resonates with the needs of advertisers and customers across regions
  • Design targeted programs in conjunction with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of Pinterest solutions, tailored to the needs of individual markets
  • Drive cross-functional alignment throughout the go-to-market process, tracking success and adoption metrics at a market by market level
  • Manage and grow the regional product marketing team

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years experience in marketing with 5+ in product marketing, or similar function, at a fast growing consumer or advertising technology company
  • Experience working with consumer, advertising, and/or influencer marketing teams with a deep understanding of the advertising and global ecommerce landscape
  • Experience managing and hiring geographically dispersed teams, including product marketers or similar roles
  • Experience influencing, presenting information to, and developing relationships with executives
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional partners
  • Flexible team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
  • Sharp eye for detail and proven project management and operational skills
  • Keen ability to translate complexity into simple, clear communication and approach
