We build and activate powerful influencer networks across the top social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Twitter, and Discord. They post frequently on issues like racial justice, climate change, and economic inequality, but they also create engaging cultural content, leading daily conversations on popular topics like health and wellness, beauty, fashion, sports, media, history, and everything in between. The Vocal Media team brings together talent from music promotion, tech, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and political organizing to support progressive campaigns. Our team members believe deeply in helping organizations effectively leverage influencer partnerships that maximize the impact of digital campaigns, expand reach into new communities, and bridge the gap between pop culture and social good.
What We're Looking For
Get Vocal is seeking a talented individual with a desire to mobilize. You'll work with our Director of Campaigns on executing cross-platform partner campaigns, influencer recruitment, contract negotiation, and campaign reporting. Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement for influencer marketing campaigns as chief client contact in charge of strategy and execution
- Responsible for independently designing, executing, and manage ongoing digital marketing campaigns across Tiktok, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitch, etc.
- Establish campaign goals and develop campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assets.
- Participate in weekly client calls alongside other members of the team.
- Work closely with digital creators to negotiate contract terms and develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements.
- Manage client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress.
- Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients, in the form of Google slides.
- Create and maintain professional relationships with creators
- Report internally to Vocal leadership
- Attend bi-weekly Vocal team calls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional or volunteer experience in organizing, social media, or content creation
- Passion for progressive politics and strong cultural competency
- Understanding of an ever-changing social media landscape
- Great organizational & communication skills with a strong commitment to follow up
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under strict deadlines
- Experience with Google Drive and Airtable a plus, willingness to learn if not familiar is required
- Attention to detail
