We developed a Livestream shopping marketplace for brands and retailers and influencers and experts to conduct virtual shopping events. Influencers can broadcast their session with an unlimited # of followers on the e-commerce site, via our smart screen-sharing solution and video chat.
Job brief
We are looking for a passionate, fast learner and "hands-on" Influencers community manager and coordinator to help us build our community of influencers for our Livestream Shopping marketplace in the US.
Responsibilities include day-to-day relationships with social media influencers and content creators. Pitching our solution and conducting technical training to ensure they understand how to use our platform, connect them to brands, get their feedback and understand their needs.
Ultimately, you’ll help us to build, grow and maintain the community. In addition, you will assist our marketing team with day-to-day marketing tasks related to our US-based clients.
Responsibilities
- Grow, build and lead our influencers community
- Plan and implement a new creative growth strategy
- Conduct technical training with the influencers
- Collect feedback from the community and help us improve our product.
- Track and measure engagement, growth, and conversions
- Manage all relations within the community and build strong relationships.
- Partnerships - design the partner strategy alongside the head of Marketing to define key partners that will grow the business.
- Track influencers' results and incentivize the good ones.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Contribute to our day-to-day marketing tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven "hands-on" relevant experience in community management or marketing roles
- US-based (the time zone of work hours will be the US)
- Native English Speaker – a must!
- Great technical skills – a must!
- Having a passion for the Fashion, Beauty, influencers, and e-Commerce industries is a plus!
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing techniques
- Great communication skills & a fast learner
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Expert in delivering presentation and training
