Note: This position is remote but location in North Carolina or Phoenix, Arizona is preferred.

Accelerance is a tight-knit team in need of a Digital Marketing Specialist for our growing marketing function. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a critical entry-level position that supports the performance of Accelerance’s digital marketing model and reports to the CMO.

This position offers an opportunity to gain training and hands-on experience in the operation of a cutting-edge omnichannel marketing machine. Successful candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in the business-to-business tech space, with exceptional ability in multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organization skills.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate across our omnichannel marketing initiatives and operations including:

• Update and maintain all Accelerance brand and marketing assets, focusing on website and digital collateral

• Ensure consistency of all online properties including social media, current and new review sites, and listings, and customer-facing communication assets

• Take responsibility for updating and management of the marketing content calendar with key campaigns and content releases, including communications for key stakeholders

• Conduct research, draft creative briefs, edit and verify key details of regular content production (articles, infographics, emails, website content, photos, videos, and more)

• Help promote the Accelerance brand through researching and identifying events, PR/influencer opportunities, and media placements prospects

• Assist with the creation of engaging and innovative content ideas including blog articles, social media posts and website updates

• Support the execution of campaigns across all various channels including website, social, search, retargeting, while learning how a state of the art “digital agency” runs

• Track and update key metrics for marketing reports on a weekly and quarterly basis

• Assist sales and business development teams with materials for client proposals and meetings

• Upgrade and maintain a central online repository system in an orderly, efficient, and intuitive manner so that functional teams can quickly locate current marketing assets, sales templates, brand resources, and more

• Learn the CRM system and assist with campaign and data management to keep systems and processes working effectively and efficiently

• Understand the marketing stack including Hubspot, NextRoll, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, AdWords, and Semrush

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in a marketing administrative role in a digitally focused model

• Fast learner and self-starter eager to take on new projects and training opportunities

• An interest in technology services marketing, focused on the business-to-business space

• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills – ability to find typos

• Proficiency with website editing and other digital properties

• Experience with a variety of digital content production from social media posts to presentation production

• Strong organization capabilities with ability to track multiple tasks and projects

• Meticulous attention to detail in work products and administration

• Thorough research skills – ability to uncover the latest and greatest insight on any business topic

• Someone who thrives in a growth environment

• Ability to produce routine financial and performance reports

• Proficient in productivity suites such as Google and Office 365 – PowerPoint or Adobe skills a plus

• Knowledge of Google Analytics or a CRM system (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce) a plus
