Marketing Manager

Immediate Family was founded in the fall of 2017 by owner, Chris Pizzolo. Immediate Family is a GRAMMY® nominated label and full service creative agency based in New York City focusing on digital marketing and project management for musicians and brands. Our specialty is digital marketing, social media, and branding strategies. We help artists get more exposure by targeting partnerships with brands, influencers, blogs, and podcasts. We earn top-tier media, land premiere Spotify placements, and manage macro-influencers with 1mm+ followers.
Position Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
This role is a full-time freelance position.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
- Develop digital marketing strategies for new projects (including paid social media)
- Organize promotional events and coordinating influencer outreach
- Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints
- Analyze conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives streams and sales
- Identify potential new digital markets and creating a plan to enter the market
- Produce and oversee original content spearheaded by the company on behalf of the client
- Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in communication, marketing or related field
- 1 year of professional experience managing multiple social media accounts
- Must be highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and efficient
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Has an active social media account/understanding of social media
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content standards/trends are a must
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and project/task management software are a must
- Experience with analytics, CRM, social media and/or design tools are all bonuses
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
