Social Media Coordinator
Social Intelligence Agency is hiring a Social Media Senior Coordinator to join our team of agents in our Los Angeles HQ to support and manage various social media accounts. We are looking for someone who has the ability to self start, understand the ever-evolving social media space, be as passionate as we are with over communication within our projects and with our clients, eager to learn, grow, take chances, and have a rockin positive go - getter attitude!
As we grow, we are looking for an agent that can handle various roles outside of leading, and running various accounts on their own and or by leading a team, which means, also being able have creative and analytical experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 3 years experience (AGENCY EXPERIENCE - WE WILL NOT BE LOOKING AT ANY CANDIDATE WITHOUT AGENCY EXPERIENCE)
- Must have some experience in entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, talent, tech ...
- Experience with creating content within social channels
- Influencer relationships
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing the Social Media Team with support on all social media campaigns.
- Assist on social media strategy for various accounts - you must have had some experience with supporting previous campaigns or strategy - important to know formalities and how these are presented to clients.
- Assist the Social Media Managers in the day-to-day management and execution of social media campaigns (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tik Tok, SnapChat and any other newly emerging platforms).
- Community Management and social monitoring throughout various accounts.
- Responsible for weekly campaign status reports and buzz monitoring reports.
- Supporting on creative, and must have an eye for content and curating content.
- Copywriting and the use of social media tactics within copy.
- Conducting and compiling research about the social media space, as well as research related to the development and execution of specific campaigns.
- Ability to track online discussions and buzz surrounding campaigns – including various social media environments and online forums.
- Support with influencer management with each of our accounts.
- A self-starter mentality with a solid sense of judgment.
- A skilled team player who can handle multiple tasks at once.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized.
- Adherent to deadlines and follow-through.
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas and collaborate on strategies for campaigns.
- Proficiency in Powerpoint, Keynote, Excel, etc.
- Comfortable working with a variety of social media dashboards and monitoring tools (Sprout, Iconosquare)
