SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCER PROGRAM MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Design and implement social media and influencer strategy to supporting marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with marketing, creative, sales & customer service to develop plans that drive the brand strategy and marketing optimization.
- Manage content calendar and creation. Generate and publish daily engaging content across social platforms.
- Recommend social content marketing plans executed in partnership with influencers and external media partners.
- Manage influencer relationships and track results.
- Serve as a community manager, communicating with followers and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Own reporting and dating tracking, including specific campaign reports highlighting strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
- Follow the latest in social & influencer trends, technologies, and design applications, specifically with Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
Requirements
· 3-5+ years’ experience in social media management or marketing. Experience working closely with a marketing team and creative to develop social media campaigns and content that help achieve marketing goals.
- Experience in managing a social content calendar with hands-on experience in content creation and community management for Instagram and Facebook. Experience with Tik Tok is a plus.
· Experience working directly with influencers and content creators.
- Ability to analyze social and influencer data, and to pull insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Self-Starter and ability to roll-up sleeves and execute in a dynamic environment while providing guidance on bigger-picture strategy.
- Excellent copywriting and verbal communications skills.
- Passion for beauty; experience in the industry is preferred.
