Job Summary:

eos is looking for an Associate Brand Manager, Social Media to manage our organic Social Media strategy and implementation, to help support overall brand strategy and fuel social growth across all social media platforms. The right individual will have a collaborative working style with an enthusiasm for making connections with both co-workers and consumers, a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility, and the desire to defy expectations and make the impossible possible! You should have excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead social strategy across social platforms for the eos brand (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Strategize and plan full-year social media initiatives based on set brand strategy, across multiple products lines (lip and body care) based on research into community insights, social listening, and industry trends
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge and stay immersed in social media networks (existing and emerging) as well as an understanding of how beauty brands are using them to keep up with trends and make recommendations on up-and-coming platform strategies
  • Assist leading content creation across brand content objectives for the year (paid & organic)
  • Own the monthly content calendar creation including briefing in copy direction to Copywriter, planning content based on brand initiaives and overseeing the posting/scheduling daily on all social media platforms
  • Ensure alignment on brand stories, new launches, emails, promotions and consistency within the monthly content calendar
  • Help in briefing/working with agencies to create social media content, a timeline for issuance, and analysis of results
  • Oversee community management and maintain consistency of brand positioning by ensuring brand voice is consistent and relevant on each social media platform
  • Demonstrate understanding of and ability to extract insights from social media monitoring tools including Facebook Insights, Twitter Insights, and Google Analytics
  • Work with Associate Brand Manager to help identify organic influencers to use across influencer campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4 years’ minimum experience as a social media, brand, and/or content marketer
  • Knowledge of planning for social media channels professionally, ideally for several brands at one time, in an agency setting
  • Passion for social media and expert in the large social media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially while communicating with an external audience on behalf of the brand
  • Proven history of meeting deadlines, accurate reporting, and excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge on how to use social media analytic platforms such as SocialBakers, Dash Hudson, etc.
  • Working knowledge of social listening platforms like Hootsuite like SocialBakers
  • Collaborative and can-do attitude, ready to work closely with cross-functional partners
  • A self-starter that can wear multiple hats and manage multiple projects at once
  • Exceptionally detail oriented
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Experience in Beauty/CPG a plus
